Shareholdings in the hands of public as at 10 June 2009

The percentage of shareholdings in the hands of the public was approximately 45.07% and hence the Company has complied with Rule 723 of the Listing Manual which states that an issuer must ensure that at least 10% of its ordinary shares is at all time held by the public.

The Company did not hold any treasury shares as at 10 June 2009.
